Leah Cate, O.D.

Dr. Cate specializes in comprehensive optometric care. Her special interests include: dry eye management, anterior segment ocular emergencies, contact lens management, and perioperative cataract surgery eye care.

Dr. Cate received her undergraduate degree from University of Arkansas in Fayetteville. She received her Doctor of Optometry from Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago, graduating cum laude in the top ten percent of her class. She has been awarded numerous academic awards, some of which include Clinical Honors and Beta Sigma Kappa Honors Fraternity for outstanding clinical and academic performance during optometry school.

Dr. Leah Cate enjoys investing in the community and is a member and participates in several clubs and organizations throughout Northwest Arkansas. She has a special interest in missions and devotes time and resources on a regular basis. She is currently a member of First Baptist Church of Prairie Grove.

Dr. Cate is a member of the American Optometric Association and Arkansas Optometric Association. In her spare time she enjoys golf, rock climbing, and traveling with her husband.
