![]() Read what a patient of Thank you BoozmanHof, I can report that my treatment for cataract surgery was excellent. My term of service for this diagnosis commenced over a year ago when another BoozmanHof doctor, Dr. Jim Myers, informed me that I was developing cataracts. He gave me a good preview of what to expect and I progressed accordingly. When the time came to schedule the surgery, Dr. Myers asked for my preference in surgeons and I chose Dr. Randall Cole. Again, I was pleased with the continuum of care as I met with Dr. Cole and several members of his staff in preparation. These people possess two outstanding qualities; they know their specialty and they can communicate with the patients. We went through all of the necessary steps of financial discussion, pre-operative plans and requirements, the explanation of surgery and the post-operative follow-up. There were no surprises and their explanations pre-empted any of the usual patient concerns. The dialogue in the pre-op area was both professional and subdued. The certified staff went about their tasks but I never felt neglected. I was checked on many times and continually informed as to the progress towards surgery. I heard patients asking questions and the answers were readily delivered in a reassuring manner. The people at BoozmanHof have an excellent reputation and have put together a professional team. Not only was my experience excellent, I have heard this for decades. The Northwest Arkansas community is truly blessed to have this caliber of care and genuine concern. BoozmanHof is a class act.
