The Importance of QualityProviding our patients with the highest quality products is our main priority. At Boozman-Hof, we have staffed our optical shop with experienced licensed/certified opticians rather than salespeople. This is important to insure that the proper type of frame and lens is selected for each patient according to their prescription and lifestyle needs. While many places offer "one hour service" on their production of lenses, our in-house optical lab purposely takes the time to insure that your lenses are checked and re-checked at several points during the production process. Our process of grinding the prescription into the lenses is the most labor-intensive way to fabricate lenses, but we believe that it provides you with the highest quality lenses in Northwest Arkansas, both optically and cosmetically. Having a complete laboratory on-site also allows us to eliminate the "middle man," so we can offer our lenses at prices comparable or less expensive than other local providers. Each patient receives an eyeglass case and a supply of cleaner at no cost. We carry brand names such as Lulu Guinness, Fendi, Christian Dior and Flexon, to name a few. FramesWe currently have over 1,200 different frames in stock. When you come into Boozman-Hof Optical, we encourage you to try on a variety of glasses to insure that you select the pair that you will most enjoy. Our opticians can help you to determine which frames are complimentary. Our frames range in price starting as low as $53.99. All our frames carry a one year warranty and Boozman-Hof Optical always offers a 15-day exchange on frames and a 90-day prescription change. LensesLenses come in a wide variety of materials with different types of coatings and tints. Lenses are further defined based on the specific prescription of the patient. We offer polycarbonate impact-resistant lenses with optional anti-reflective (A/R) coating. Tints can be added to most lenses. Patients may also select lenses that actually change colors when you go outside. Lenses may also be prescribed in the form of bifocals, trifocals or progressives. Scratch protection is included in all lenses when available.
