C. William Hof, M.D. 
Dr. Hof is the CEO of Boozman-Hof Regional Eye Clinic. He earned his medical degree in 1973 from the University of Arkansas School of Medicine in Little Rock. He completed a residency in the Department of Ophthalmology there from 1973-1977 while serving as a general medical officer in the U.S. Army Reserve and the North Carolina Army National Guard. From 1977-1979 he also served as a general medical officer in the Arkansas Army National Guard.

Randall E. Cole, M.D., FAAO 
Randall E. Cole, M.D., FACS is a Board Certified ophthalmologist specializing in cataract and refractive surgery. Being the son of an Air Force General, he grew up in many places across the United States and attended the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville. He was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa Honorary Society prior to medical school. Dr. Cole completed his Doctor of Medicine degree at the University of Arkansas in Little Rock, graduating in the top 10% of the class and was elected into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honorary Society. He completed a four year ophthalmology residency at UAMS. Dr. Cole is Board Certified in ophthalmology and was ranked in the 97th percentile overall, the 99th percentile in core clinical material on the Ophthalmology Board examinations. In 2007, Dr. Cole renewed Board Certification through the maintenance of certification process of the American Board of Ophthalmology.
Dr. Cole is a partner with the Boozman-Hof Regional Eye Clinic, and was the CEO/Managing Partner from 1995-2001. Dr. Cole is a founder and the Medical Director of the Boozman-Hof Eye Surgery & Laser Center, which opened in April 1996. He is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology (AAO) and the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery (ASCRS). Dr. Cole is actively involved in clinical research. He was one of twelve doctors to participate in the Casebeer Multicenter Clinical Trial of Radial Keratotomy, and has been involved in research projects including the prevention of endophthalmitis. This has set an industry standard and has led to numerous research projects and courses presented at the AAO and ASCRS on systems for the prevention of endophthalmitis.
In his 23+ years of surgical practice, Dr. Cole has performed over 12,000 cataract procedures and close to 10,000 refractive procedures. In addition to cataract surgery, Dr. Cole performs LASEK or advanced surface ablation, STAAR Visian phakic intraocular lenses (Implantable Collamer Lenses), and has also performed LASIK, RK (radial keratotomy), Epikeratophakia, LTK (laser thermokeratoplasty), and ALK (automated lamellar keratoplasty). He also performs corneal transplant surgery.
Dr. Cole is a Board Certified Ophthalmologist by the American Board of Ophthalmology and was Board Certified in cataract and intraocular lens surgery by the American Board of Eye Surgeons. He is on the Board of Directors of Ophthalmic Anesthesia Society and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. Dr. Cole has served on the Advisory Board of Regions Bank, and as an Elder at Fellowship Bible Church of Northwest Arkansas. Dr. Cole has 3 children- Charlie, Clay, and Laura.
Steven D. Vold, M.D.
Steven D. Vold, M.D., certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology, specializes in the diagnosis and management of glaucoma. Dr. Vold provides the most advanced medical, laser, and surgical care available for treating glaucoma. He also specializes in small-incision cataract surgery. His special interests include management of complex glaucoma, cataract and secondary intraocular lens cases.
Dr. Vold is a graduate of the University of Minnesota Medical School in Minneapolis. His internship at the Marshfield Clinic and St. Joseph’s Hospital in Wisconsin was followed by an ophthalmology residency and a fellowship in glaucoma at Northwestern University Medical School in Chicago. He has been awarded numerous scholarships and academic awards.
Dr. Vold joined the Boozman-Hof Regional Eye Clinic, P.A. in May 2007 after previously serving as Vice Chairman of the Department of Ophthalmology, Director, Division of Glaucoma and Assistant Professor in the Department of Ophthalmology and Surgery at the Scott and White Eye Institute and Texas A&M College of Medicine in Temple, Texas. At Scott and White, he was also Director of the Center for Ophthalmic Advancement and the primary instructor in glaucoma diagnosis and management for resident physicians and medical students. He has also served as a consultant for the Olin E. Teague Veteran’s Administration Hospital in Temple.
Dr. Vold has published numerous medical journal articles and lectures frequently on various aspects of the diagnosis, and medical and surgical treatment of glaucoma. He is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, American Medical Association, American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery, Association for Research in Vision and Ophthalmology, American Glaucoma Society and Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society.
Randall O. Bell, O.D. 
Dr. Bell earned his Doctor of Optometry from Southern College of Optometry and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Central Arkansas. His interests are refractive surgery, both pre- and post-operative care. He is a member of the Arkansas Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association.
He and his wife have four children.
Darren L. Brodie, O.D. 
Dr. Brodie earned his Doctor of Optometry from Southern College of Optometry and completed externships at Little Rock Air Force Base in Arkansas and Whittier Vision Clinic in Whittier, California. His research interests include refractive surgery pre- and post-operative care, and contact lenses.
He and his wife have two children.
Jim Myers, O.D. 
Dr. Myers earned his Doctor of Optometry from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tenn. His research interests are corneal topography and keratoconus, and he has spoken at national meetings on these topics. He and his wife have five children.
C. Scott Woodward, O.D. 
Dr. Woodward earned his Doctor of Optometry from Northeastern State University College of Optometry in Tahlequah, Oklahoma, where he was honored with the Silhouette Award for Excellence in Optometry. He is a youth sponsor and worker at the First Church of the Nazarene in Fayetteville, a volunteer doctor for St. Francis House, and was vice-president of the Lowell Chamber of Commerce in 1999. He and his wife have two children.
